This programme empowers women by guiding them on a journey of self-discovery.
What to expect
This is a 4-week programme that starts with a workshop, aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of individual strengths and abilities, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of themselves as women.
Followed by 3 weeks which individuals will attend a women’s circle called-
Women’s Balancing Emotions Circle.
Balance
In this supportive group circles women will participate in mindful activities, while providing a safe space that encourages open dialogue.
Emphasis will be placed on the importance of nurturing the most significant relationship they can have—the one with themselves
Positive well-being
Women will gain a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and abilities. They will learn how to build their self-esteem through positive self-affirmation creating a healthy and empowering self-image that reflects their true worth.
