Terms & Conditions
1. TERMS
1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our services, which include face to face courses, workshops, programmes, online courses, online events and in person events
1.2 Please read all terms and conditions in full to the end of this page before any booking as these terms will let you know who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, how to contact us, and other important information.
2. HOW TO CONTACT US
2.1 We are Silvavine Limited. You can contact us by emailing us at info@silvavine.com or call us at 07947982617. There is also an option to send us a WhatsApp message via our website and we will contact you within 48hrs
2.2 If we need to contact you we will contact you with the details that you have provided in your booking.
3. COURSES & EVENTS
3.1 In-person courses: We will have an allocated venue where the course will take place, however this may change at short notice, if this does happen we will contact you before the course commences to inform you where this will be.
3.2 You must sign an attendance register or complete online registration for each course or event as required.
3.3 When attending a course or event at a specific venue, you must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply.
3.4 We accept no responsibility and/or liability for anything that is lost or stolen from the venue your course is held at. Your personal possessions are your sole responsibility so please act responsibly with your belongings.
3.5 We and our venue providers operate a zero-tolerance policy in relation to the inappropriate behaviour of those who attend our courses. In particular, abusive or violent behaviour directed at any member of staff or other participants. If this does occur, we may at our discretion, without liability or an obligation to refund any monies that may have already been paid and remove or refuse to admit any attendee to continue on the course.
3.6 From time to time we will take photos and videos of participants during their time at an event or at a course. This may be to share within our community, website or marketing. By making a booking with us, you are providing your consent to this. If you do not want to be on any videos or photos then please email us at info@silvavine.com
3.7 At Silvavine, we believe that a focused and comfortable learning environment is crucial for each course. Therefore, we kindly ask that mobile phones are not used during the course; this allows each participant to get the most out of their transformation.
3.8 Course materials cannot be provided, offered to sell, licensed, or transferred in any manner or form or in, or on, any social media of any kind. Also cannot be shared with other people.
3.9 When booking onto a course you commit to completing the entire course and arrive promptly to start the course at the allocated time.
4. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to a booking, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the booking, applicable fees, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
5. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
5.1 We may make need to change the venue where the courses will be held, if we have to do this we will let you know and update you to where the course will be held
5.2 We may need to change the date to courses, if we have to do this, you have the right to contact us to end the contract before the course starts and receive a full refund, if we have not heard from you then you agree to change the date for the course.
6. TRANSFERRING A PROGRAMME
6.1 If you can no longer can attend a programme, we will try to transfer the course on an alternative start date, but you have to notify us more than 14 days in advance, we will try to accommodate the transfer if there is space on the next available date, if not we will notify you when the next available course is, subject to availability.
6.2 If we are unable to facilitate a face to face programme that consists of multiple modules on a specific day, another day will be allocated to deliver the content, if the participant is unable to attend, they will be given the option to join another group subject to availability
7. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
7.1 When booking an entire programme, you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm your booking, to cancel the booking, and obtain a full refund. You can still cancel a booking after that time but you will not be entitled to a refund. You may, however, transfer your booking to another date for the programme, where possible.
7.2 When purchasing a fully digital, online-only course, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, but the cancellation rights do not apply after you have started to download or stream the digital content.
7.3 You have a 14 day cooling off period to change your mind and a full refund will be issued. Please note, the cooling-off period is null and void under two circumstances a) If you enrol within 14 days of your start date b) Once you are within 21 days of your start date.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the event you pay a 50% cancellation fee

Anything less than 7 days you may still cancel the course but you will not be entitled to a refund

8. REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY: For Day Workshops
8.1 When booking an in-person day workshop, if you can no longer attend the workshop you must notify us no less than 7 days prior to the workshop commencing, on doing so we will try to transfer your ticket, if there is space on the next available date, if not we will notify you when the next available workshop is, subject to availability.

8.2 If you need to cancel your ticket, but do not want to transfer your ticket, less than 7 days before the workshop begins, you pay 50% cancellation fee.

9. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
9.1 We may end the contract if you break the terms of the contract. We may end the contract at any time by writing to you if:
(a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due, and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due;
(b) you breach any of these terms and conditions;
(c) you do not attend events or courses without notifying us of any changes needed
10. DISCLAIMER
Our programmes, courses, workshops and events do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the participant's exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the participant is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that they inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the course they want to join and seek advice accordingly.

11. FEES & PAYMENT
Please note that payment in full is required for each course or event. For more information on our cancellation and refund policies, please refer to the corresponding sections.
