SilvaVine is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


SilvaVine’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information. The ones we rely on are as follows:

We collect and use the information that you provide to us directly, for example when you join and share your details to set up a discovery call and when you book coaching sessions. We also use cookies and other similar technologies to collect information from your devices when you interact with our advertising or use our website.
 

  • We take payment details to process payment for any credit or debit card orders you place with us. We share these details with our chosen payment processors. We store your card for quicker processing.

  • We hold all your personal information you provide to us when booking coaching sessions. Your email address, name, contact details, address. We use this information in the contract that is agreed with SilvaVine.

  • We may keep your Personal Information for as long as your coaching lasts and will remain on the mailing list. After the booked sessions are completed and you no longer would like to be part of SilvaVine’s mailing list please let us know at michelle@silvavine.com

  • We will use your information to make contact with you in regards of any new marketing, sales, promotions, unless you tell us you do not want us by emailing michelle@silvavine.com or the link in every email that we send you.

  • We may send you promotional messages and content to keep you up to date with any upcoming events.

  • You can easily opt-out of receiving promotional messages by contacting us or unsubscribing.
